Recipe -  #1 – Salad

Zesty Cucumbers

Lemon (1/2 fresh lemon juice)

Cucumber (1 whole)

Green grapes (1/2 cup)

Salt/Pepper

Slice cucumber into bite size and stir in green grapes.  Squeeze lemon juice on the mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper  (to taste).

Recipe #2 – Side Dish

Sweet Yams

Orange  (use fresh juice)

Yam (1 whole steamed)

Cinnamon or Pumpkin pie spice (sprinkle)

Steam lightly or microwave the yam, squeeze orange juice over the yam, then sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Stir and enjoy.

Recipe #3 – Fruit Juice

Tangerines (2 large or 8 mini size)

Green grapes (2 handfuls)

Carrots (2 large)

Put items in a juicer and enjoy.  Remember to use sweet fruit, preferably organic. Yummy!
